Host the most unforgettable event with the addition of our Bouquet Bar!

Perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, fundraisers, and more—our DIY Bouquet Bar offers your guests a hands-on floral experience and a beautiful take-home favor they’ll remember.

We’ll curate a mix of the fresh, seasonal blooms and foliage, deliver them to your location in a decor-neutral display, and provide simple step-by-step instructions so guests can build their own bouquets with ease. (Think: “Pick two of these, three of these, and three of these” simple.)

Please Note: We do not participate in pop-up style events or sell bouquets directly to patrons. However, our Bouquet Bar package is a perfect way to bring Rooted to your gathering. You’re welcome to charge guests or offer the experience as a complimentary activity—entirely up to you!

Your Bouquet Bar Reservation Includes:

• Designed for up to 20 guests, including enough seasonal flowers, kraft paper wraps, and supplies for each guest to build one bouquet.

• Planning for more than 20 guests? A custom quote will be required.

• Pre-assembled mobile cart rental for a spill-proof, organized display*

• Signage with easy, step-by-step instructions for guests*

• Kraft paper drop-in bouquet wraps (Pro tip: Order custom stickers to personalize your wraps!)

• Snips for trimming stems*

• Extra buckets to hold finished bouquets in water and collect stem cuttings*

• Delivery and pickup included within the following zip codes: 16823, 16815, 16801, 16802, 16803

Add-Ons:

• Bouquet Bartender – $75/hour per bartender

On-site floral support to assist with setup, guide your guests, and share fun facts and floral design tips.

Events with 50+ attendees require two bartenders.

Please note: Bartender hours must be contracted in advance. If your event runs longer than the scheduled time, our team will begin closing down and removing the Bouquet Bar at the contracted end time.

• Vases – $15 each

Upgrade from wraps to vases for an extra special touch.

• Once your date is confirmed, full payment is required to secure your reservation.

• We’ll coordinate delivery and pickup with you. Pickup may occur the following day depending on our schedule.

• All items marked with an (*) are rentals and must be returned.
